OAVT SKYPECAST
WHAT IS A SKYPECAST?
Skypecasts are live, moderated conversations allowing groups of up to 100 people from anywhere in the world to talk to one another using their computers. OAVT is testing this new technology as a method of delivering new CE content to its members in a fresh, free, interactive way. Instead of reading CE articles in Technews or attending a Techspo, members can listen to a live presentation, offer their own thoughts and questions, and fill out a Quiz to obtain CE credit.
I DON’T QUITE UNDERSTAND. WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE?
Listen to Episode 4 of OAVT’s online radio show, the OAVT Podcast (click here to listen to the show). Kim and Jeff provide an introduction to Skypecasting, then talk about what this technology means in practical terms to the average Vet Tech. This 12-minute conversational show will break down everything you need to know about Skypecasting.
