You are asked to participate in a survey conducted by Dr. Scott Weese of the Department of Pathobiology at the University of Guelph in collaboration with the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians. This survey is being conducted to evaluate needle stick injuries in veterinary technicians. It will determine how often needle stick injuries occur, what circumstances are associated with them and whether health problems have resulted. The questionnaire will only require 10-15 minutes of your time. Results will be used to help develop guidelines to reduce the risk of needle stick injuries in veterinary practice.
The survey site will be available until October 31.
If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Scott Weese at 519-824-4120 Ext 54064 or jsweese@uoguelph.ca
